Launch of the 2nd Round of the SWEDD Project Baseline Survey

On April 24th, the second round of the baseline survey for the SWEDD project (Sahel Women’s Empowerment and Demographic Dividend) was launched. This survey will take place in six regions of the project’s intervention area: Brakna, Gorgol, Guidimagha, Assaba, Hodh El Gharbi, and Hodh Chargui.

The SWEDD project aims to empower women and accelerate demographic transition in the Sahel region.
