As part of the development of its activities, the SISTA consulting firm (Information Systems & Statistics) is issuing a notice for the recruitment of:

IT Developer:

The IT engineer will work under the direct supervision of the department administrator/head.

General Mission:

The IT Developer’s mission is to design, develop, test, and deploy software or applications to support the development of SISTA’s activities and its clients, using modern programming languages and advanced techniques, transforming them into functional software solutions.

Required Profile and Qualifications:

Degree / Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (+3) or higher in computer science or a similar equivalent field.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (Java, Python, C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript: JQuery).
  • Proficiency in one or more major web and mobile programming languages/environments: Angular, Bootstrap, Django, React, Vue.js, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of common website technologies (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge and experience in programming concepts using Angular, React, SpringBoot, Flutter.
  • High level of autonomy in managing the process of setting up IT applications.

Assets:

  • Knowledge in GIS – Geographic Information Systems, development, and principles of using cartographic data in applications.
  • Knowledge of design and processing software (Adobe, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data collection and processing programs and tools.
  • Experience in installing and configuring software and IT systems.
  • Must be under thirty (30) years old.
