Interns in Information Technology and Statistics with the possibility of recruitment:

For Statistics Interns
Bachelor’s degree +3 or higher in statistics or a similar equivalent field

Tasks:

  • Participate in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Contribute to the design and administration of field surveys.
  • Participate in implementing and improving the data quality control approach.
  • Use statistical and data science tools to interpret data.
  • Prepare reports and data visualizations for clients.
  • Contribute to preparing technical proposals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (R, Python, Excel, Stata, SPSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of electronic data collection tools (CSPro, ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyToGo, Survey Solution, Survey CTO, etc.).

For IT Interns
Bachelor’s degree +3 or higher in computer science or a similar equivalent field

Tasks, Knowledge, and Advantages:

  • Participate in the development activities of ongoing applications.
  • Participate in the maintenance of applications and provide client support.
  • Assist in user training and the creation of guides/tools and application documentation.

Knowledge and Advantages:

  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and networks.
  • Basic knowledge of software architectures.
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and French, both spoken and written.
  • A good level of English.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Availability for a three-to-six-month internship.
  • Must be under thirty (28) years old.
